I continue to enjoy the challenge of converting a blank canvas into what I find to be a visually stimulating object. Dare I call it “ART”? Fortunately, I have received sufficient encouragement to allow me to continue striving to produce abstract paintings that I enjoy sharing with others. I readily admit that I do not concern myself with generating representable images but I do feel that my use of color and shapes results in paintings that some may find pleasing. I like to incorporate textures and mixed media and am continually striving to improve.
